Rebecca's career in real estate began during her time at The Ohio State University, when she answered a newspaper ad for a resident manager position at a campus apartment building. That first opportunity sparked a lifelong passion for property management.

After years of advancing through roles at Kohr Royer Griffith, Inc. — one of Columbus's leading commercial real estate firms — Rebecca founded True North Realty in 2018, a boutique firm where every client gets the attention and expertise they deserve.

Rebecca is an active leaders in Central Ohio's real estate community. She has served as President of both the IREM Columbus Chapter and the Independent Brokers Association, chaired the Ohio Realtors Property Management & Investment Committee, and was appointed as an Ohio Realtors Director by Columbus Realtors for over a decade. She is also a graduate of the Columbus Realtors Leadership Academy.
