True North Realty was founded in 2018 by Rebecca Miller, Broker/Owner, whose career in real estate began unexpectedly during her time at The Ohio State University. While pursuing a degree in Natural Resources, Rebecca answered a newspaper ad for a resident manager position in a campus apartment building. That opportunity not only introduced her to property management but also set the course for her future career.
Following graduation, Rebecca joined Kohr Royer Griffith, Inc., where she advanced through multiple roles and gained extensive experience in property management, client representation, and business operations. Over the years, she has managed a wide range of assets, including residential communities, mixed-use developments, commercial properties, and condominium associations throughout Central Ohio.
With her broker’s license in hand, Rebecca founded True North Realty to combine her values of trust, transparency, and accountability with her extensive industry expertise. Guided by the philosophy of “true north”—an internal compass of integrity, clarity, and purpose—True North Realty is dedicated to delivering professional property management and investment sales services with direction, consistency, and care.
